Equipped with a variable speed refrigerant compressor capable of seamlessly reducing its

capacity to a minimum fraction, each dryer adapts to match the power consumption to your

actual air needs with a precision not found in other technologies. A VSD converter controls

the refrigerant compressor according to your air demand to achieve the highest possible

energy savings.

Direct refrigerant expansion reacts immediately to load changes and a high-precision hot gas

bypass valve ensures a constant temperature without the risk of icing up, thus guaranteeing

a constant pressure dew point.

A highly efficient heat exchanger with Counter-Flow technology has been specially

developed for these dryers. With a patented design including an integrated separator,

additional large savings are achieved by minimizing the differential pressure. Any

condensate produced is removed by a level-controlled drain (zero loss).

The Elektronikon® touch control with full connectivity provides

advanced control, warning, display, dryer shutdown and

maintenance scheduling for efficient system performance and

energy savings. Standard SMARTLINK remote monitoring and

remote control. The pressure dew point indicator provides

continuous and accurate information (no trend display) about

the operating status of the compressed air dryer and the

resulting air quality.
