G11 FF Bundle - 11kW Compressor with Dryer, Filters & 1-Year Service Kit

The Atlas Copco G11 FF Bundle (1280299547) is a complete, ready-to-run compressed air system built around the G11 Full Feature screw air compressor and supplied with the dryer, filtration, drainage, oil-water separation and a full one-year service kit already matched to it. Because every component has been pre-selected for this machine, you can commission the installation and get to work without sourcing air treatment or spares separately.

At the heart of the package is the G11, an 11 kW (15 hp) oil-injected screw compressor from the Atlas Copco G 7-15 range. In a screw compressor a pair of meshing rotors squeezes the air continuously rather than in strokes, and a controlled amount of oil is injected to seal, cool and lubricate them, which suits steady, all-day running. It carries an integrated refrigerant dryer that chills the compressed air to condense out moisture before it reaches your pipework, protecting downstream tools and processes from water. The machine runs continuously at 11 kW in ambient temperatures up to 46°C, produces 67 to 71 dB(A), which places it comfortably on a factory floor or in a workshop where background noise is already present, and is designed and manufactured to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 1217.

The air treatment ancillaries are sized for what the G11 produces. The UD45+ coalescing filter draws fine oil aerosol, dust and water droplets together so they can be captured and drained, using Nautilus glass-fibre media to reach ISO 8573-1 Class 1:-:2 air purity with a maximum oil carry-over of 0.001 mg/m³, an 8,000-hour element life and up to 50 per cent less installation space than a conventional two-filter arrangement; a replacement UD45+ element is included so the first change is already on the shelf. The IWD50 intelligent water drain clears condensate, the oily water that collects as the air cools, with zero air loss, using a dual-level sensor and self-cleaning cycles so no compressed air is wasted in the process. The OSC50 oil-water separator then treats that condensate to below 10 ppm of oil before it is discharged, helping you stay within environmental limits.

Lubrication is covered by five litres of Roto-Inject Fluid NDURANCE, a mineral-based compressor oil formulated for the G range at 55 mm²/s viscosity, with intervals of up to 4,000 hours even in dusty or humid conditions. The comprehensive one-year service kit brings together the standard wear components, the drain valve maintenance kit, a dedicated filter and separator kit (GA5-11C) and a full OSC50 service kit, so every serviceable item in the system is accounted for from day one. The bundle is manufactured in Belgium.
