The G18 FF Bundle delivers a complete, ready-to-run compressed air system for demanding industrial users who need robust, continuous air supply at 18kW — with every component matched and pre-selected by Atlas Copco engineers so you can commission and get to work without sourcing anything separately.

At its core, the Atlas Copco G18 Full Feature oil-injected screw compressor is built for reliability under pressure: a 100% continuous duty cycle in ambient temperatures up to 46°C/115°F, an extremely compact footprint for a machine of this output, and the flexibility to be positioned against a wall or in a corner. The integrated refrigerant dryer removes moisture from the compressed air before it enters your network, protecting pipework, tools, and downstream processes from water damage and corrosion. Multiple configuration options are available to suit different installation requirements.

Every ancillary has been sized for the G18's output. The UD75+ 2-in-1 coalescent filter combines DD+ and PD+ filtration into a single compact unit, achieving ISO 8573-1 Class 1:2 air purity with up to 50% less installation space and an 8,000-hour service life. The IWD electronic drain manages condensate with zero air loss via a dual-level sensor and automatic self-cleaning cycles for unattended operation. Condensate treatment is handled by the OSC85 oil-water separator, which uses a six-stage filtration process — including polypropylene pre-filtration, natural oil separation, and an activated carbon cartridge — to reduce oil content to below 10 ppm before discharge, meeting environmental compliance requirements in most countries.

Lubrication is provided by Roto-Inject Fluid NDURANCE, a mineral-based oil with 55 mm²/s viscosity engineered for G-series compressors, with service intervals up to 4,000 hours in dusty or humid conditions. The 1-year/4,000h service kit is comprehensive: wear components, drain kit, UD75+ filter kit, and a full OSC85 service kit — every serviceable component in the system covered from day one.
