Atlas Copco offers a wide range of process filter housings for critical applications in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Semicon and Battery industries for compressed air and nitrogen. The complete range is made in stainless steel in compliance with the industry standards. This includes a standard surface finishing up to a high grade electropolished option.


The IH series includes single-cartridge housings for point-of-use filtration. The IH25-90 serves as the conventional industrial grade, while the IH170-230 and IH25-230 Electropolished variants feature fully sanitary-grade finishes, making them ideal for sterilization cycle compatibility.


Together with the Atlas Copco filter cartridges DF, DFp, PFp, PFs and MFs they provide safe, reliable and efficient performance.


Design

All Atlas Copco process filters are fully compliant with FDA CFR Title 21 and EU Regulation No. 1935/2004, ensuring safe handling of compressed air and nitrogen in applications where direct contact with food occurs. This guarantees that all materials used are inert, preventing any transfer of substances to the final product.

Electropolished IH housings enable an absolute Class 0 particle filtration level, meeting the highest standards of air purity.

Performance is validated according to ISO 8573 and ISO 12500, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with international benchmarks. These filters are not only engineered for industry-leading purity but also optimized for low lifecycle cost, delivering long-term value and efficiency.


Multi-cartridge housings are available with flanged connections conforming to DIN and ANSI standards, while single-cartridge (point-of-use) housings feature BSP, NPT, and ASME BPE-compliant connections.
